B2BMergers is committed to providing a full refund of your order cost if we fail to deliver our services within the specified timeframe outlined below:
Services:
Business Profile Plans, Investor/Buyer Profile Plans, and Advisor Profile Plans:
Profile activation should take place within 2 business days, provided that users provide complete and accurate verification details. Refunds will not be applicable if users supply incorrect information or delay in furnishing the necessary details required for profile completion.
We regret any potential inconveniences, but refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- B2BMergers does not guarantee introductions or deal closures; therefore, no refunds will be issued on this basis. We recommend that users explore our free plans, become familiar with our services, and understand our processes before committing to a paid subscription.
- Refunds will not be granted if users change their minds, neglect their profiles, or fail to provide verification evidence to substantiate their claims.
- B2BMergers may terminate accounts if we suspect users of misusing our platform, deliberately providing false information, or evading payment of Finder’s Fee to B2BMergers in the past. In such cases, B2BMergers reserve the right to retain the entire fee paid, and users will not be eligible for a refund.
B2BMergers will process refunds after deducting a 10% transaction fee under the following conditions:
B2BMergers reserves the right to reject, suspend, edit, or delete a profile, even after receiving the necessary verification documents. If we believe that such actions enhance the quality of our website and we cannot approve or maintain your profile, we will provide a pro-rata refund after deducting a 10% transaction fee.
For users eligible for refunds based on the above terms, please follow these steps:
All refund requests should be sent via email to info@b2bmergers.com from the user’s registered email address. Please include the invoice number, payment date, amount, and reason for the refund request.
We will assess the case within 3 business days and, if deemed appropriate, process the refund in accordance with our policy. Refunds will be credited back using the original payment method. Depending on the transaction method, it may take between 5-15 days for the credit to appear on your card or account.
